Quantino is pleased to welcome Cynthia Desrosiers to its team as Operations Manager.

Holding a degree in Physical Engineering, Cynthia brings an impressive career spanning more than 30 years in the optics industry. She spent 11 years at INO, followed by 19 years at CorActive, where she held positions combining technical expertise with strategic leadership. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions across key sectors of the optics industry, including telecommunications, specialty optical fibers, and high-power lasers. This diverse experience has enabled her to develop deep technical expertise supported by a strategic and pragmatic approach.

Recognized for her collaborative leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, Cynthia has further strengthened her professional background by earning two university degrees in management and business administration.

Driven by an entrepreneurial and creative mindset, Cynthia also co-founded a company specializing in 3D printing and laser engraving. Beyond her professional career, she is actively involved in her community as a women's baseball coach, where she promotes the values of teamwork, perseverance, and personal growth.

Cynthia is a valuable addition to the Quantino team. Her experience, energy, and passion for helping others succeed will further strengthen Quantino's support for the entrepreneurs shaping tomorrow's technologies.
