Dominique Duquette is an engineer and certified coach. In 1999, she began her career in aeronautics by contributing to the development of the Bombardier CRJ-700 aircraft. Then, for ABB analytique, she supervised the delivery of Fourier transform spectrometers on board satellites for major space agencies around the world. On behalf of Olympus, she then led multidisciplinary teams developing instruments for the non-destructive inspection market, from the client path to the industrialized product.
These experiences led her to manage extensive projects and teams of more than 40 people while working actively to continuously improve management methods and processes. Her training in professional coaching and her interest in innovation led her to take an interest in current management methods and to bring innovation to all areas of the company. Since 2012, she has supported technology companies in their startup and growth.
